Nutrition FAQ
Nutrition is the study of nutrients in food, considered in relation to the body's dietary needs. Good nutrition is an adequate, well balanced diet acquired through eating and drinking.
Malnutrition is where the body does not get enough of the required nutrition due to illness or poor diet. This leads to an increased risk of disease. Malnutrition presents itself in a number of ways depending upon the nutritional deficiencies the person has and can include: fatigue (tiredness), low energy, dizziness and poor immune function.
Two major types of malnutrition exist. These include:
1) Micronutrient deficiency diseases - resulting from a deficiency of specific micronutrients
2) Protein-energy malnutrition - resulting from deficiencies in any or all nutrients

Do courses expire?
There is no expiry date on course credits. Once a credit has been bought it can be allocated at any time. However, should the credit have been allocated to the delegate, each learner then has 12 months to complete the course.
In other words, unallocated course credits have no expiry date. If for example you ordered 1000 licences, and allocated 600 courses in year 1, you would have 400 licences left to allocate in year 2.
