Complaints Handling FAQ
When a customer feels strongly enough that his or her expectations have not been met, he or she may make a complaint. A complaint is when a customer brings a problem to the attention of the organisation and expects some redress, probably over and above simply supplying the original product or service that was the cause of the complaint. Complaints are often used by regulators as one measure of the success of the organisation's customer service.
Customer complaints are an unfortunate reality no matter what type of business you operate. Dealing with angry or upset customers can be difficult, particularly if your staff has never been given a standard protocol for handling complaints. Teaching your customer service staff how to respond appropriately to complaints and empowering them to offer resolutions will help you retain clients and improve client satisfaction with your services or products. Both supervisor-led programs and programs by companies that offer training services can be helpful in training your customer service staff.
Have an action plan for customer complaints. When a customer complains, what she is really doing is telling you how you can improve your service. Have a system in place so customer-service employees can document complaints. Create a customer-grievance form your employees can fill out when a customer is unhappy. Management should collect the grievance forms periodically and review them to identify recurring complaints.

Do courses expire?
There is no expiry date on course credits. Once a credit has been bought it can be allocated at any time. However, should the credit have been allocated to the delegate, each learner then has 12 months to complete the course.
In other words, unallocated course credits have no expiry date. If for example you ordered 1000 licences, and allocated 600 courses in year 1, you would have 400 licences left to allocate in year 2.
